#Tostones. So, I love plantains. I love them ripe and sautéed, but realized that when green, they are just like potatoes, but not inflammatory! So, many years ago I got a lesson on how to make them. This is my bastardized version…oven roast in coconut oil and salt, flip and smash, then salt again and bake a bit more. I plan on making homemade ketchup for these!
